RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSESSING CLIENT’S NEEDS AND CAPABILITIES, AND FOR COUNSELING AND ASSISTING CLIENTS TO ENSURE THEIR OVERALL WELL-BEING AND TREATMENT FOR A SMOOTH INTEGRATION INTO THE COMMUNITY. ESTABLISHES MENTAL AND MEDICAL HEALTH LINKAGES AND UTILIZES AVAILABLE RESOURCES IN THE COMMUNITY TO HELP CLIENTS ATTAIN THEIR GOALS.
Job Requirements: Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation, Social work, or related field preferred and/or 1 year related work experience.
Skill Requirement:
Three months OJT required for efficient job performance.
Job Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Position requires great flexibility due to not having a set schedule or agenda.
Must exhibit knowledge of mental health treatment.
