Job Location:	BALTIMORE CITY, MD
OVERSEE INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES THAT PROVIDE ADVOCACY, SERVICE COORDINATION, RESOURCE PROCUREMENT, COUNSELING, AND SUPPORT FOR SEVERE INDIVIDUALS TRANSITIONING FROM HOSPITAL TO COMMUNITY AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NOT INTERESTED IN MORE TRADITIONAL BASED SERVICES.  ENSURE HIGH QUALITY ICM SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO ALL CLIENTS. RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING, SUPERVISING AND TRAINING STAFF MEMBERS IN ADDITION TO THE OVERALL MANAGEMENT, EVALUATION, AND BUDGET OF THE PROGRAMS.
Job Requirements: Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Master’s Degree preferred and at least three years experience working with adults with chronic mental illness. Licensed as a Mental Health professional in the State of MD. Skill Requirement: One to six months OJT required for efficient job performance. Job Requirements: Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills. At least two years of supervisory experience. Must exhibit knowledge of mental health treatment.
