PROVIDE NON-TRADITIONAL OUTREACH IN THE COMMUNITY TO CONNECT WITH PERSONS IN NEED AND PROVIDE COLLABORATION WITH SERVICES FROM THE COMMUNITY ACTION CENTERS.OUTREACH WILL OCCUR ON THE STREET, COMMUNITY CENTERS, RETAIL SHOPS, AND COMMUNITY.
Job Requirements: Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Skill Requirements:
6 months to a year of experience in Outreach Services providing fast, competent and seamless access to services.
Have Microsoft Office with internet proficiency.
Must have excellent organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of community resources would be helpful. Candidate must reside in the community to be outreached.
