Job Title:	Licensed Mental Health Professional
Job Location:	BALTIMORE CITY
MEMBER OF THE ACT TEAM TO ASSESS, PLAN, DEVELOP, COORDINATE, AND PROVIDE TREATMENT AND COUNSELING, CONDUCT PROGRAM PLANNING, CONDUCT ASSESSMENTS, CONSULTATION AND FOLLOW-UP ON DIRECT SERVICES AND REHABILITATION TO ASSIST CLIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN COPING WITH HEALTH RELATED SOCIAL PROBLEMS.
Job Requirements: Education: Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling or related field preferred and 3 years post-masters clinical experience in a mental health setting. Skill Requirement: One to three months OJT required for efficient job performance. Job Requirements: Must be a licensed Mental Health Professional in Maryland. Must exhibit excellent organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have a clean driving record. Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision Must exhibit proficient knowledge of mental health treatment and case management.
