Job Title:	Job Coach
Job Location:	BALTIMORE CITY, MD
RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ONGOING SUPPORT, GUIDANCE, AND COUNSELING TO CLIENTS WHO ARE MAINTAINING EMPLOYMENT THROUGH PEP’S VOCATIONAL PROGRAMS. ASSISTS CLIENTS WITH JOB ORIENTATION, ON THE JOB TRAINING AND INTERVENES WITH ANY DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED BY EMPLOYERS OR CLIENTS. PROVIDES SUPPORT TO EMPLOYERS REGARDING ADA COMPLIANCE, INCIDENTAL TRAINING OF OTHER WORKERS, AND PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT INFORMATION.
Job Requirements: Education: Associates Degree in Human Services preferred and/or two years of equivalent experience with chronic mental illness. Skill Requirement: One to three months OJT required for efficient job performance. Job Requirements: Must have valid drivers license. Must have clean driving record. Must have ability to work with little or no supervision
